In Rio Rancho New Mexico How Do You Search For Unclaimed Insurance

Readers Question: “How do you search for unclaimed insurance?”

Rio Rancho is the largest city and economic hub of Sandoval County in the U.S. state of New Mexico. It is the third-largest and fastest-growing city in New Mexico. Intel is by far the largest employer in Rio Rancho. The services, retail, and government sectors are also major components of the local economy.

Answer to Readers Question: There are a few steps that you can take in searching for unclaimed insurance. You can search bank records for any pay slips or look for any financial advisors that you might think that the deceased knew. You can speak to their friends and see if they also at the same time took out a policy. They may have liked the same sales person.

Unfortunately with out a company name there is not too much someone can do.

There is a service through the Medical Information Bureau that you can look into. It is called the Policy Locator Service. This service researches the records of the MIB for any underwriting that was submitted to any Life Insurance companies. They will search and compare the name and address of individuals that applied for Life Insurance. There records go back to 1995 only. It only shows names that applied for life insurance and does not guarantee the individual had a Life Insurance policy.
